It started with a simple moment.
While helping my son style his hair, I picked up a jar of pomade and read the ingredient label. What I found was a list of ingredients I couldn't pronounce, along with synthetic fragrance, petrochemical-derived ingredients, phthalates, parabens, and other additives commonly found throughout the grooming industry.
It made me wonder.
Why should men have to choose between performance and ingredients they feel good about using?
The more I looked, the more I realized this wasn't the exception—it was the standard.
So we decided to build something different.
